The quality is very good, just like the image.
My only observation is the back of the shorts, on the side of the buttocks the fabric is more translucent or thinner, unlike the rest of the shorts' fabric. For those who don't like this effect, you can take it into account :)

I’m a us m and got a s and it fits really well, i’m 5’9 and 155lbs, there’s a squeeze but its not bad at all, just those vertical support sticks are uncomfortable to sit down with but you can adjust them. Maybe would go with your actual size if you’re planning on daily use. Photos are me standing up perfectly straight, slumping still has a bump, but it works for sure!
